Dorottya Pápai MRICS
Dorottya has been working as the Business Development Manager of RE/MAX Hungary since September 2021. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in real estate, graduating with an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and specializing in the real estate sector. He started his professional career as a property valuer at American Appraisal Ltd. and subsequently joined the team of Grant Thornton Valuation, where he typically appraised income producing and development properties for domestic and international investors, developers and investment funds. Subsequently, as Business Development Manager, he took up a senior position first at Grant Thornton Valuation and then at Dessewffy & Dávid CEEA Law Firm. He is also a member of the international Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (MRICS) and a board member of the Hungarian Real Estate Association.
Dr. Péter Percz
Since July 2023, Peter has been the Sales Manager of the first Hungarian office specialising in commercial real estate for the RE/MAX international real estate network. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate market. He holds a law degree from the University of Szeged, where he also holds a postgraduate degree in economics. He started his professional career in banking real estate and project finance and later headed the Hungarian restructuring and workout division of an Austrian state-owned financial institution - mainly active in real estate finance in Hungary - for several years, where he later became a board member. Peter joined Biggeorge Holding in 2019 and became responsible for the acquisition area of income producing real estate. Later in his career, he was responsible for identifying development sites suitable for the development of commercial real estate, mainly logistics, and preparing them for acquisition.
Balázs Domján
Balázs also joined the RE/MAX network in July 2023 as Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX Go commercial real estate agency. He has more than 5 years of real estate experience. After graduating in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, he worked as a tax consultant at EY (international taxation) and then at KPMG (corporate tax). He then moved to the real estate sector, where he worked as a controller and then as a finance manager at CBRE GWS, working closely with both the local and regional senior management and the facility managers in the operations. Prior to RE/MAX Go, he held a senior position in a real estate development group, where he was responsible for the management of large-scale development projects, the expansion and continued utilisation of the existing property portfolio.
Krisztián Pacsi
Krisztián joined the firm in early 2024, has nearly 15 years of real estate experience and has successfully closed over 100 real estate cases. Having worked mainly in residential real estate, his arrival brings valuable new knowledge to RE/MAX Go, enabling us to serve our clients with an even broader range of high quality services. Krisztián's full service on the sell-side is complemented by his strength in the less known and less used buyer representation in Hungary, which means that he can help you find the right property for your needs and specific objectives, both for your own use and for investment purposes. Based on previous experience, it uses special and unique techniques, tools and methods to serve the needs of its clients. His speciality is "property discovery", whereby he uses a unique, tailor-made strategy to present properties to buyers that are not publicly available on the real estate market.
